Our wedding was in their careful and capable hands
Adele and her husband, Seth, are the dream team of wedding photographers. They are patient, thorough and exact in their craft. I never once questioned a single shot or idea. I felt both embraced and laidback through the entire process (and that process can take a while to iron it ALL out!)- knowing that our wedding was in their careful and capable hands. The day of- all the nerves and worry about getting the “perfect pictures” fluttered away. I would recommend Adele tenfold over and Adele Lee Photography made my amazing (but very whirlwind) wedding weekend remain now forever in our memories and our hearts- visually. It is truly priceless to have a batch of outstanding photos that take you back – time and time again- to your moments that made it what it is- your very OWN special wedding weekend. Surrounded by all those you love. I literally look at them every day- and “feel all the feels”.

Winston Salem Family Photographers {Lots of “Life”}

Fun Fact, although I have been a Pilot Mountain resident for years, I was born and raised in Winston-Salem NC. Pilot is home to me now, but I love that this career reconnects me with old friends pretty often.  I spent a lot time with this sweet family over the years, look how much “LIFE” they have created in the past 7! Hollan, one of my oldest friends, dating back to kindergarten at Summit School just had twin boys who are squishy & adorable to the 10th degree! I couldn’t wait to have them in the studio!  What an strong, beautiful, amazing mother she has become. She and Glenn are especially laid back, taking things a day at a time, so proud of them for settling into this parenting role so well (Seth and I did not, we were a hot mess).  All of you parents out there must remember the first few months of a “newborn fog”?  In typical “Hollan” fashion, she wears it very well.  I’m not sure there is anything she couldn’t handle with her good natured personality and positive attitude!  There’s something profound about watching a childhood friend become a mom.  I can still see us at 6 swimming in our backyard pool,  boating at their lake house  as preteens and all of the “trouble” we got ourselves into over the years. Not be detailed here of course, my kids could after all read this one day.  Its strange how it doesn’t seem so long ago that we were young. It reminds me of changes, growth, & everyday life becoming tangible with a photograph.  Can you imagine a future without any resemblance of the past? Me either. Good thing I work well under pressure, huh?
