Prepare yourself for a very dynamic blogpost including witches, chevron patterns, baby blues and a tower of yumminess (a little late but oh well)! Not to mention the coolest designer I know who I am so thankful to have stumbled upon last fall! Another photographer friend sent me a link to a Craigslist add for a “party” with the chance of being published on some of the larger food and party blogs. I headed on over to Charleston, SC and photographed the uniquely wicked event Jess from Party Box Design (partyboxdesign.com) created and hosted! Jess turned her fabulous design visions into an all out event, every detail is meticulous with the help of vendors from all over the country. The event was featured on Amy Atlas’s blog right here, (http://blog.amyatlas.com/2011/10/halloweekend-countdown-wonderfully-wicked/) which was squeal worthy in itself!
She is incredibly talented, right? I hope I get to shoot more parties for her in the future! Jess set up a session for her family before Christmas, we met halfway in the Historic SC town of Georgetown. I am posting these together so you can put a face with the name and the sweet little family behind the Party Box Design paper world! I am so excited for Jess to handle all invitation and design needs in the future, I added magnetic “Save the Date” cards to my wedding packages specifically for this reason.
